  • BLUE RIDGE POTTERY www.blueridgepottery.com is where you can often find your hosts Alan and Norma Ward, hard at work "playing in the clay" as they create beautiful works of handmade stoneware.  Located only a few minutes from the Cottage

 

  • SHENANDOAH NATIONAL PARK  visit their website HERE  for all that this beautiful Park has to offer.  Some of our favorite hikes include Bear Fence Mountain, and the Rose River Loop.  Big Meadows is a great picnic spot (be sure and try the Blackberry Ice cream!)
